SecuritySystemsPro.com is pleased to offer a 45 day no hassle 100% return policy. Simply meet the following guidelines and we'll happily issue you a full refund on your purchase.
Return Policy
Protech
Systems offers a 45 day 100% product price return policy for all
products on our website with the exception of opened / unsealed wire
and batteries. We do not charge any restocking fees whatsoever providing
the following conditions are met:
Product (s) being returned must be packed securely in a
separate shipping box. You cannot simply affix shipping labels / postage
or write directly on the product box itself and ship it in that manner.
Under no circumstances will a return be accepted that is shipped
directly in the product retail box.
Product must be received at our warehouse location within 45 days of the order date.
Products
being returned must be in new and resell-able condition, including the
product's packaging and any manuals and documentation included with the
product. Any product returned appearing used, improperly packaged, with
items missing, without the complete documentation materials, or any of
these documents being marked or tattered will either be refused for
return or incur points off of the original price ranging from 10% to 50%
depending on return condition. In such cases the customer will have the
option to choose to cancel the return or accept any percentage points
off product price.
Please note that shipping charges are not refundable.
