DSC TR5164-433 PowerSeries 2-Way Wireless Transceiver Module

DSC security system owners have been asking about using some of the two way wireless devices that can be used with their totally wireless Alexor and Impassa systems. We get questions most commonly about wireless keypads. If you are a DSC system owner and want to add these peripherals then the DSC TR5164-433 is the transceiver that you'll need to make this happen.

The TR5164-433 allows the use of DSC's most common one-way devices plus their two-way devices as well opening up new installation opportunities for installation. Some of the devices include the WT5500 wireless keypad, the WT4989 wireless two-way keyfob. These devices not only receive information from the panel, but they send information back as well. Such as the WT4989's ability to read back the arming status.

This transceiver can accommodate 60 wireless devices, 16 keyfobs, and 4 WT5500 wireless keypads. If you have a DSC Power Series system and it is version 4.6 or higher then you will be able to use this add-on.

NOTE: This will not work with DSC WT4911 wireless outdoor sirens!
