Z-Wave technology is taking the alarm industry to a new level. With it's capability of running devices through wireless connection; it definitely made a dinosaur out of, what used to be industry standard, X-10 which ran through a residence's electrical wiring.
With the new 5800ZBRIDGE you can add Z-Wave capability to any Honeywell security system capable of handling 5800 series wireles devices through it's wireless receiver. This will set back the temp, set the temperature to normal through a Z-Wave thermostat when the system is armed or disarmed. It will also do the same for any Z-Wave lighting controls.
