Shipping & Returns
Shipping Policy
Shipping Time -- Most orders received before 2:30PM EST will ship the same day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Most orders received after 2:30 PM EST will ship the next business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Security Systems Pro or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.
Returns
As of July 1st 2011 we offer a 45 day 100% product price return policy
Protech Systems offers a 45 day 100% product price return policy for all products on our website with the exception of opened / unsealed wire and batteries. Alarm monitoring service is refundable for up to 45 days as well, providing that the service has not been activated. Pre programmed systems are not returnable for refund under any circumstances. GSM and other alarm communication equipment is returnable for a refund under this policy providing it has NOT been activated. Activated GSM and communication products are NOT returnable for refund.
We do not charge any restocking fees whatsoever providing the following conditions are met:
1. You must obtain an RMA number from us via email or phone. Contact details are located on the website.
2. Your RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the shipping package.
3. Product (s) being returned must be packed securely in a separate shipping box. You cannot simply affix shipping labels / postage or write directly on the product package box itself and ship it in that manner.
4. Product must be received at our warehouse location within 45 days of the order date.
5. Products being returned must be in new and re saleable condition, including the product's packaging and any manuals and documentation included with the product. Any product returned appearing used, improperly packaged, with items missing, without the complete documentation materials, or any of these documents being marked or tattered will either be refused for return altogether or incur a 25% restocking fee.
Please note that shipping charges are not refundable. If the item was shipped to you using "Free Shipping", then the original shipping cost to send the package will be deducted from your refund. Also be advised that all costs associated with returning a product are the sole responsibility of the purchaser irregardless of the reason for the return.
