If your looking for the latest and greatest GSM cellular communicator from Honeywell; look no farther!! The Honeywell GSMX 4G is the little brother to Honeywell's GSMV cellular communicator and can, if available in your area, transmit signal to a central staion monitoring service via the 4G network. It has a scaled down, sleek design and installing this is easier aesthetically because it has a connector that will fit into one of the knockout holes in a Vista control panel.
The really great thing about the GSMX is that not only can it be used with any Honeywell panel that has an ECP connection (keypad terminals), but it can also operate through dialer capture which means that it can wire into a panel's phone terminals. This makes the GSMX 4G pretty much universal.
GSM cell service fee of $12.50 a month is required to use this unit, payable annually.
