ION Plunger style wireless sensor for DSC security systems

For those who want their security system contacts to be aesthetically pleasing!! This plunger is specially made to be concealed in the hinge-side door jam by a closed door. The captive magnet in the plunger triggers an alarm event when the button is depressed.

Simple to install and requires basic drilling skills to accomplish. Using a Drill with a 3/4" Forstener Bit and a 1/4" Wood Bit (for antenna insertion), it's a snap! And with it's 3.0V Lithium Coin Cell Battery; the ION plunger let's you set and forget it for at least 5 years without having to change the battery.

GE - Blue 11.5 inch x 24 gauge antenna extends from the sensor
Environmental Conditions: Ambient temperature 10 - 120F (-12 - 49C).
Replacement Sensor and/or Battery is field-replaceable.
