DSC Power 1832 security system is the mid level model of DSC s new Power Series systems. It is similar to the now discontinued Power 832, but has over 100 new features. The board offers eight zones, but can be expanded up to thirty-two wireless or hardwired zones total. The Power 1832 security system is compatible with all Power Series modules and keypads. The 1832 security system is pretty much the same as the 1616, the difference is that the 1832 offers more zones, and doubles the number of partitions available.
