If you have a Silent Knight brand fire panel and you need extra power notification devices such as bells or strobes then the SIL-5495 is a perfect solution for your needs. This 6 amp power supply delivers an extra dose of power for any Silent Knight fire control panel.
It has its own AC power and charging circuits for backup batteries and contains its own backup battery as well. The 5495 can also provide supervision in the following scenarios:
Low AC power
Low battery condition
Earth ground fault
Auxiliary output power limit
condition
EOL supervision trouble or
power limited condition at an
output
This power supply will notify the main control of any trouble conditions and create a condition on the main control panel as well. If you would like to add another form of notification then the 5495 also has a Form C relay ouput for trouble conditions.
